Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, we have a ballet class that suits you. All our teachers are classically trained, with Kevin Thatcher being the principal teacher.

This class has been devised by Kevin and integrates exercises used by dancers after injury as well as some Ballet and Pilates based movements. This class will help you elongate, reshape and strengthen your body. It is excellent for posture, co-ordination and balance. This class is for everyone and no previous dance knowledge is necessary. You will leave this class feeling muscles you never knew you had!
This workout uses a weighted ‘barre’ (2kg-4kgs depending on your result requirements) and will put you through a series of basic ballet moves using the barre for additional resistance and to support you as you perform the exercises. Ballet body will see you burn fat, sculpt muscles around the entire body and build strength all to pumping tracks.
Total Barre™ is a dynamic ballet based class that focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina and core stability, through a combination of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. Choreographed movement patterns with support of a ballet barre take you through a flow of high-powered sequences to energise and motivate. Suitable for all fitness levels.
