It improves your focus and concentration and also your self-esteem and confidence. Vinyasa Dynamic Yoga involves a lot of movement, so wear something comfortable in the class to allow smooth flow from one pose to another. You will most likely be working up a sweat so wear something breathable and moisture-absorbing.The classes are suitable for advanced and beginner students alike.
